In a stimulating and constructive atmosphere, the first joint meeting with our project advisory board took place on February 25, consisting of Prof. Dr. Brigitte Aulenbacher, Prof. Dr. Encarnaci\u00f3n Guti\u00e9rrez-Rodr\u00edguez, Prof. Dr. Marianne Heimbach-Steins, Junior Prof. Dr. Yolanda L\u00f3pez Garc\u00eda, and Prof. Dr. Eva Senghaas-Knobloch. We were able to present initial results and interim progress from our subprojects and discuss them together with our distinguished guests:<\/p>\n
Moritz Broghammer (SP 1) opened with a report on the first milestone achieved by the project: the results of the discourse analysis on the international regulatory discourse surrounding the recruitment of healthcare professionals. Lisa Neubauer (SP 2) then presented important findings and the current status of the expert interviews with actors in the German healthcare system. <\/p>\n

The attending advisory board members contributed valuable suggestions and critical input for the ongoing substantive and methodological work through their multi-perspective expertise.<\/p>\n
